A huge branch fell at about 10:30 AM on Monday, October 29, when Sandy was still about 300 miles offshore.
The tree had forked at a height of about 50 ft. One of the branches of the fork fell down in the morning and the other branch came down several hours later. We measured the length of one of the fallen branches. It was 66 ft!
