A crew from Alabama did the installation on Tuesday, November 6, which was the election day.
They worked late into the night and restored power at about 9:30 PM.
My wife talked to them earlier during the day when they were waiting nearby, awaiting instructions from JCP&L, our local utility who were nowhere to be found.
